Brannon Donlon
Brannon joined Sentrillion in 2016 as a Vice President. Prior to Sentrillion, he served as Deputy Director with the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). Before his tenure in the federal government, he served in several executive leadership positions including, president, vice president of sales and marketing, and regional vice president with commercial companies ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and has led several multi-million dollar deals. Brannon also serves on the Executive Board of Directors for the Border Patrol Foundation.
Brannon’s focus is on maintaining and developing strategic business relationships and ensuring our delivery of world-class services and solutions to our customers. He oversees our Program Management, Business Development, Engineering, and Operations Divisions.
Katie Powers
Sentrillion has been Katie’s work home for more than 20 years. Starting with the company in 2003, Katie has risen through the ranks of its finance department and served most recently as the company’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Through her years at Sentrillion, she played a significant role in its merger and acquisition activity, ensuring all stakeholders worked hand-in-hand to achieve common goals. Katie has been a valuable member of the Sentrillion management team for over a decade, becoming a trusted partner and adviser to its ownership group.
Katie’s focus is on streamlining internal business operations and ensuring that Finance, Human Resources, and the Administration divisions provide a holistic value to our internal and external clients with exceptional customer service.
Bryan Ackerman
Bryan is the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) and General Counsel of Sentrillion. He has more than 15 years of corporate legal experience, specializing in government contract law, commercial agreements, corporate transactions, and corporate governance. In addition to his responsibilities as Sentrillion’s in-house legal counsel, Bryan stresses excellence in the organization through a focus on compliance and quality.
Bryan also supervises the company’s contracts administration, compliance, government relations, network administration, and quality management departments. He received his Bachelor’s degree in political science and history from the University of Michigan and a J.D. from The Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law.
David Newton, PMP
Dave is the Executive Vice President of Operations for Sentrillion. He has successfully managed government programs for over 35 years, specifically in the areas of Information Technology and Electronic Security Systems. With more than 20 years at Sentrillion, he currently manages the Program Management Office (PMO) providing leadership and oversight for all Sentrillion contracts.
Dave holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from The Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Science in Information Systems Management (MSISM) from the George Washington University. Dave is a certified PMP and a long-time member of the PMI and IEEE.
Kara Gates
Kara Gates is the Vice President of Finance for Sentrillion. She joined the company in 2011 and has served as Sentrillion’s Controller and Director of Finance prior to her current role. She has over 20 years of experience in government contract finance and accounting and has successfully guided and managed the financial operations of government contractors of a variety of size and scope, from a $100M business unit to a corporate home office tasked with expansion of US presence. She also has experience managing interactions with government contractor regulations agencies (DCAA & DCMA), ensuring corporate compliance with FAR and CAS requirements.
Kara’s main focus is on establishing, managing, and reporting financial budgets, and on establishing and implementing financial procedures and controls. Kara has her BS from Virginia Tech and her MBA from George Mason University.
Deanna Lyons
Deanna has lead Sentrillion’s Human Resources department since joining the company in 2011. As Vice President of Human resources, Deanna uses her 20+ years of human resources experience to direct and manage all aspects of the Human Resources functional area including Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Compensation Planning, Legal, and Federal compliance with a focus on operational effectiveness.
Deanna’s main focus is providing strategic planning and implementation for the organization as it pertains to recruiting, benefits, compliance, organizational development and training. She has helped Sentrillion establish and maintain a productive work environment, emphasizing a culture of high innovation and high employee morale.
Meghan Thomas
Meghan is Sentrillion’s Vice President of Engineering and joined the company in 2000. She has over 20+ years of progressive experience in the design, integration, and installation of electrical, electronics, and data systems. Meghan manages all security and surveillance programs and projects in support of the Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) objectives and is also responsible for the management and allocation of engineering, deployment, and logistics efforts and resources across multiple projects/programs; this includes management of Sentrillion’s test and development lab created for system development, integration, functionality and cyber security testing of solutions.
Daniel Dreyfus
Daniel is the Vice President of Strategic Growth and Business Development for Sentrillion. He has been active in the government and commercial consulting world for over 24 years specifically in the areas of business development and strategy. Daniel will focus on leveraging his professional network to assist the Sentrillion team and developing a strategy for corporate growth.
Daniel holds a double degree Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Linguistics and Spanish from Lawrence University, as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Finance from The American University. Daniel is a certified PMP and a long-time member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of Border Patrol Foundation (BPF), and is a member of the Trade Committee of the National Foreign Trade Council (NFTC).
